Colin Moss on tonight's spectacular Way of the Warrior season finale: ''Its an incredible experience.''

You're reading it here first.

The spectacular final episode of the terrific first season of Way of the Warrior - Colin Moss' local Muaythai inspired reality show - is broadcast this evening at 18:00 on M-Net Action (DStv 106). I was there on Friday night when it all went down and all I can say is you have to watch how it all ends (and get ready for multiple surprises!).

Will it be flab to fight machine Glen Lyndon or fat to fighter Andrew Koshiaris who will be the last man standing in the ring? At the fight night finale I spoke to Colin Moss who described the event as ''an incredible experience''. I promised not to blab, but get ready for some real fireworks, mano a mano action and an ultimate Way of the Warrior winner that will be revealed at the end of tonight's episode.

Colin, why should viewers make sure they don't miss the first season finale of Way of the Warrior tonight (M-Net Action, DStv 106, 18:00)?
They are going to see an incredible fight between two really, really strong competitors. For the first time Andrew and Glen are going to be fighting for four rounds instead of just three rounds. And it will be the first time since they've been on the camp that they will be fighting four rounds so it’s a big step up for them. It may not sound as if one extra round is a big deal but it really is. Just amazing fighters! What viewers might not realize is that they've taken – since the last time they saw them – they've trained one on one for a month. That's all they've done. They just trained. So, they're so much better that what they were in the last episode. It's usually a week between episodes, this time for Way of the Warrior its been actually a month between episodes and they've been training constantly 24/7.

And the atmosphere and crowd, the whole spectacle, what's in store for the final episode of Way of the Warrior?
Absolutely awesome stuff! I mean, if people haven't been to one of the fight nights before they really don't know what to expect. This is a 5 000 seater. The atmosphere is palpable and its an incredible experience and hopefully that's going to translate to screen.

Then it was also a first for you – not just presenting but also very heavily involved behind the scenes. How was the whole experience for you putting Way of the Warrior together?
Ah, it was an absolutely breeze! [He laughs.] I'm kidding. Ha ha ha. Extremely challenging. To work on so many levels is always going to be quite tricky. But its been incredible fun and an incredible learning curve for me. I've learnt so much doing Way of the Warrior and some things will definitely be a lot smoother next time round. We are very very happy with the end result. We've really managed to pull it off.
