Joe Heshu has quietly been moved from his MultiChoice corporate affairs role in Johannesburg, South Africa to suddenly heading up MultiChoice's Southern region as MultiChoice's new regional director for Southern Africa from Lusaka, Zambia.
Joe Heshu replaces Kobus Bezuidenhout who was appointed in the role of MultiChoice regional director for Southern Africa in August 2021 but apparently lasted only a few months before inexplicably exiting.
MultiChoice made no public announcement about Jabavu Heshu's appointment as regional director for Southern Africa, nor sent any advisory to media about the move.
Meanwhile journalists are still under the impression that they should contact Joe Heshu with media queries.
Joe Heshu took over the role of MultiChoice regional director for Southern Africa from November 2021 after he was MultiChoice's head of corporate affairs for 3 years since October 2018.
Benedict Maaga also quietly exited earlier in 2021 to Absa from his role as a senior corporate communications manager at the MultiChoice Group, also without any notification to the media, with Benedict Maaga who also started in October 2018 at MultiChoice at the same time as Joe Heshu.
Collen Dlamini who was MultiChoice's executive head of corporate affairs has now been upped to MultiChoice's head of corporate affairs as group executive of corporate affairs since November 2021, replacing Joe Heshu in the role - again, with no announcement to the public, and no advisory or notification to the media.
