M-Net kicks off spring with all prime time programming now back to starting at the top of the hour.

M-Net (DStv 101) has done schedule spring cleaning with all prime time programming that is back to starting at the top of the hour from September.

After folding the programming for the discontinued M-Net Edge channel on DStv into M-Net at the beginning of the year, the jam-packed M-Net schedule became somewhat disorientating to viewers struggling to know where and when what would start.

M-Net has now realigned the blue ribbon channel's schedule with all prime time programming starting on the hour.

"We promised our viewers that we would continue to streamline our M-Net (DStv 101) line-up to make it super-strong and predictable," says Nkateko Mabaso, M-Net general manager.

"With the rejuvenated M-Net schedule, there can be no more confusion about the start time of programmes. You can simply switch over to M-Net on the hour for a fresh, new show."

M-Net's international reality show is now at 18:00 on weekdays, followed by a Hollywood series - mostly dramas - at 19:00.

After that M-Net viewers can watch action drama and Express from the US shows at 20:00 and 21:00. At 22:00 on M-Net more risque TV series follow.
