The exercise part. Also I am used to eating on a big space where there's more privacy as well.

Rob Armstrong
Are you craving any food?Nothing. I'm very serious about the show. Craving I see as a form of weakness. To think about food is counterproductive. I'm just thinking about being off on Sundays so that I can see my family. But I'm going to try and keep away from other food types and stick to Mr Chongs diet.
Why did you enter the show?
I heard about it from Twitter from Paul Snodgrass. I spend way too much time on the couch and on the computer! And I was like, well I need to be healthy for my family so I entered.
If you were to leave right now, what would you say you have already learnt?
I have learnt so much about how one goes about transforming yourself. Most of it is on the focus and how you put your mind to it. I would like to take this focus and use it to my best ability. And it's not about the food you eat - it's about how you eat it.
What has been the most difficult thing?
Being apart from my wife and kids. All the other stuff is immaterial!
Quinton Chong looks scary.
He is scary to look at. But once you spend a minute with him, you would realize how compassionate he is, how he attends to our needs. Quinton Chong is the ultimate warrior and that where we can learn from him: not a lot of people have that.

My Maori symbol. My sister got it for me and I have never worn it, but this symbolizes family. Whenever I miss family I just touch it and feel better.
Is there one fighting tip that you know of or have already learned?
Focus! That's it! Everything that happens after this will be above us winning the competition! Passion is what is is most importantly needed.
Tapfuma Herbert Makina
Are you craving any food? No, not really. The food is absolutely nice. The breakfast, not. I could use a bit of milk.

I worked with a trainer and he really pushed me and he encouraged me that I can do one more.
What has been the most difficult thing?
I think it's not being in control and not knowing what's going to be next. I've lost control and I'm normally in control, have structure etc.

Yes! My Bible! I haven't been to church in a long time.
Is there one fighting tip that you know of or have already learned?
