e.tv and Curious Pictures are currently in production on 4 Play, a new weekly 30 minute dramedy centered around 4 women, tackling issues such as love, sex and relationships in Johannesburg.
Amina (Mbali Maphumulo) is caught in an abusive relationship, Nox (Kgomotso Christopher) is trapped in an an unhappy marriage, Noma (Portia Gumede) is the doting friend unwilling to accept help herself and Danny (Tiffany Jones) takes no nonsense from men.
4 Play is written by women and the story is held together by Noma's diary, ''following the girls on a journey in which they encounter the treacherous and sometimes extreme paths of relationships in South Africa today''.
4 Play will start on e.tv on 2 February, 2010 at 21:00.
