Two new shows are coming to BET (TopTV 190) in 2013 - although there's no word yet on when they will start on the BET channel feed from Britain which South Africans get to see: Real Husbands of Hollywood and Second Generation Wayans.
Both shows will start on BET on 15 January in America and could forseeably be seen in South Africa very quickly since the programming lag window for BET for South Africa is smaller than with most foreign TV channels pumping to this country (The Wendy Williams talk show is for instance the same day episode in South Africa as in the United States).
Real Husbands of Hollywood is a semi-scripted reality show and follows the surreal tinseltown lives of Nick Cannon (husband of Mariah Carey), Boris Kodjoe (husband of Nicole Ari Parker), Duane Martin (husband of Tisha Campbell-Martin), J.B. Smoove (husband of Shahidah Omar) and Robin Thicke (husband of Paula Patton).
Second Generation Wayans is a new half hour comedy from Damien Dante Wayans and Craig Wayans (their uncles are the Wayans brothers) trying to make their own way to stardom in Hollywood.
