The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced the 22 September date which will have the Primetime Emmys on the CBS network in 2013 as part of the current 8 year wheel deal - the kind of maturity deal which South Africa's laughable inept South African Film and Television Awards still has to grasp and actually try and implement for this country where all broadcasters share equally in the showing of a TV awards event.
The 65th Primetime Emmy Awards will again be taking place from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and hopefully M-Net will be broadcasting it live as well in high definition (HD) besides the Monday night before winners and category winners are spoiled by the twitteratsi.
