Netflix has fired the black pregnant woman amidst its growing Dave Chappelle transphobic scandal with the staffers who is allegedly the worker who leaked internal information about the comedian's The Closer special to Bloomberg news for a report.

Over a thousand Netflix staffers are planning to join a walkout on Wednesday who are furious over co-CEO Ted Sarandos' scandalous handling over the transphobic Dave Chappelle comedy special after he said that content like that doesn't cause real-world harm.

Angry Netflix staffers who are in revolt, say that Netflix repeatedly release content that harms the trans community.

Netflix abruptly suspended 3 of its staffers who criticised Netflix over its transphobic content after they attended a virtual executives meeting that they were send a link for to join.

Days later Netflix lifted their suspension following growing controversy and increasing public backlash over Netflix's misguided handling of the inflamed situation.

Bloomberg reports that Netflix staffers raised serious concerns inside the company before the shocking transphobic content was released, with the damaged Netflix and its tone-deaf bosses now confronted with the biggest internal revolt from staff in its history because of its offensive material.

It was Bela Bajaria, Netflix's global head of TV, and Ted Sarandos who both decided that the transphobic content is fine for Netflix to push out to its millions of subscribers.

"We have let go of an employee for sharing confidential, commercially sensitive information outside the company," a Netflix spokesperson says in a statement.

"We understand this employee may have been motivated by disappointment and hurt with Netflix, but maintaining a culture of trust and transparency is core to our company."

Using the information that a Netflix staffer leaked to Bloomberg, Bloomberg reported that Netflix spent $24.1 million on The Closer and $23.6 million on Dave Chappelle's 2019 Sticks & Stones special.

Netflix's internal research metric determined that Netflix valued the economic impact that Sticks & Stones had as $19.4 million - which means that Netflix paid millions of dollar more than what it made from the content.

The Verge reported that the staffer who was fired is a black pregnant worker who organised the walkout and protest set for Wednesday 20 October that will include a public protest at Netflix's office building in Hollywood in Los Angeles.
