Carte Blanche on M-Net (DStv 101) has stopped uploading inserts of the weekly investigative magazine show to its YouTube channel after two-and-a-half years.
Carte Blanche launched a YouTube channel in January 2019 but stopped uploading and sharing any inserts in July 2021, with only short teasers and promos that have been shared since.
Carte Blanche viewers have noticed and have been wondering about the change that haven't been explained by Carte Blanche or M-Net.
Past inserts remain available with Carte Blanche that performed very well on YouTube for a South African media brand, racking up hundreds of thousands of views.
Carte Blanche, produced by Combined Artistic Productions, in response to a media query tells TVwithThinus that "Due to content rights, complete
episodes of Carte Blanche can be viewed live on DStv on channel 101, or live
streamed on the DStv app every Sunday at 19:00".
"The complete episodes
will also be available on DStv Catch up immediately after the broadcast."
