M-Net will honour the legendary comic creator Stan Lee (95) with 4 films on M-Net Movies Action+ (DStv 106) this weekend.
The iconic Stan Lee who created the wide range of super-yet-fallible heroes from Marvel died on Monday.
M-Net will be changing the M-Net Movies Action+ schedule for this weekend to pay tribute to Stan Lee, responsible for characters ranging from Spider-Man, the X-Men, Thor, Iron Man and Black Panther to the Fantastic Four.
As a pioneering force in the comic book industry, Stan Lee helped influence global culture and shape the future of entertainment.
"For decades Stan Lee provided fans with adventure, escape, a confidence and strength. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday Stan Lee fans can watch some of the Marvel movies on M-Net Movies Action+," says M-Net.
In addition DStv subscribers can also watch Black Panther, X-Men: The Last Stand, and X-Men Origins: Wolverine on MultiChoice's DStv Catch Up Plus video-on-demand service.
