TVNewser first reported about the masturbating sports anchor caught and arrested by police on Tuesday.
According to Las Vegas police, Randy Howe who is a sports anchor at KSNV Channel 3 in Las Vegas, had his penis out and was masturbating at a North Las Vegas bar at 09:15 on Tuesday morning, with the incident filmed on the bar's surveillance camera.
Randy Howe claims he was "itching terribly" on his penis and therefore had to scratch it. On the surveillance footage Randy Howe unzips his pants and masturbates in front of a slot machine.
An employee told the Las Vegas police that Randy Howe allegedly masturbated in a similar way there last week.
Rival TV station KTNV reported that KSNV's general manager Larry Strumwasser said: "We take the charges extremely seriously and we are investigating the incident ourselves. Other than that, we don't report on personnel matters".
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal Randy Howe has been arrested on charges of indecent exposure and gross lewdness.
