SABC2 couldn't be bothered to tell viewers or inform South Africa's TV critics about Muvhango's delayed five days a week frequency change.
Both the production teasers from Word of Mouth Productions, as well as SABC2's schedule for January issued before the Christmas 2013 recess included and showed Muvhango starting on Friday 3 January but nobody at SABC2 bothered to actually inform and tell anybody that the plan was pushed out and delayed by months.
SABC2, after TV with Thinus reported this morning that SABC2 broke its promise of starting Muvhango at five days a week from January, is now responding by saying Muvhango on Fridays has been pushed back my months.
"The Muvhango five days a week will only start in March this year," said SABC2 this afternoon.
No explanation is being given for why nobody was informed, and no explanation is being given for why the SABC2 schedule and Muvhango episode synopsis include Fridays but is for now no longer happening.
