MultiChoice South Africa has opened a second customer service centre in Durban.
The second customer service centre of MultiChoice is in the centre of the city, located in the Old Standard Bank building in Anton Lembede Street. MultiChoice's first customer service centre is in Umhlanga.
The second MultiChoice customer service centre has 38 counters where DStv subscribers can do account payments and enquiries as well as get technical DStv decoder problems fixed and repaired.
"The addition of this service centre is an important milestone in our expansion plans, making us more accessible to our customers," says Collins Khumalo, the CEO for MultiChoice South Africa.
