SABC News updates all of the TV news bulletins across all three TV channels in other languages with the new opening news sequence.

The SABC's three TV channels - SABC1, SABC2 and SABC3 and the SABC Television News division updated the opening sequences of all of the various news bulletins on Tuesday following the new opening theme and graphics package which was introduced on SABC3 on Monday night.

All of the SABC Television news bulletins changed their opening themes on Tuesday; only SABC3's news bulletins made use of the new new set.

The News @ 1 on SABC3 at 13:00 is now only SABC News and now uses the new and same English opening as the SABC News at 18:30. It also uses the new set.

The SABC news bulletin on SABC1 at 13:00, SABC Iindaba uses the old set as has been the case but employed a new opening sequence.

The SABC's Venda news bulletin, SABC Mahungu at 17:30 on SABC2 uses the new opening sequence and the same set which is used for Morning Live as well as the Afrikaans news.

The SABC's Siswati and Ndebele news bulletin (also called SABC Iindaba) on SABC1 at 17:30 uses the same SABC Iindaba new opening sequence.

SABC2's Afrikaans news bulletin at 19:00, formerly the Nuus om 7 is now SABC Nuus with the new opening sequence and using the same studio as for Morning Live and the channel's Venda news bulletin.

SABC1's Xhosa news bulletin at 19:30 which is also called SABC Iindaba uses the same new SABC Iindaba opening sequence.
