Ironically SABC2 confused viewers by doing repeat broadcasts of Speak Out when a new season was announced which turned out to suddenly be a rebroadcast of an earlier season. It gave viewers the mistaken impression that they could interact with the programme and vent consumer frustrations.
Finally a real new season of Speak Out has now started on SABC2 which will be able to respond to some viewers' enquiries.
"This current Speak Out is brave, factual, truthful, trustworthy and helpful. The show opens the doors that have been closed for the complainant; it leaves no stone unturned to ensure the consumer is give a just and fair resolution. We go after the wrong doers who prey on ignorant consumers," says SABC2.
