Cape Town auditions wrap for M-Net's new game show Million Rand Money Drop; Port Elizabeth up next as the last city left for try-outs.

The auditions in Cape Town for M-Net's new gameshow, Million Rand Money Drop, a local version of the format show Million Dollar Money Drop, saw long lines of wannabe contestants snaking around the block for the chance to try out for the new Endemol South Africa produced show.

Hopeful winners of the R1 million in cash were eager to talk to camera crews as they waited patiently in the queue. The new game show which will also see a Nigerian version entitled Million Dollar Money Drop for one of the AfricaMagic channels run by M-Net Africa.

The nationwide auditions for the show will conclude in Port Elizabeth on Friday 16 November and Saturday 17 November.
