e.tv has acquired the free-to-air broadcasting rights to UEFA Champions League soccer matches in a new deal stretching to 2015 and will immediately start broadcasting UEFA Champions League live matches on Tuesday nights from tonight.
e.tv's UEFA season kicks off with live coverage of the group stage encounter between Real Madrid and Manchester City FC at the Santiago Bernabeu from 21:30. e.tv will broadcast all the UEFA Champions League live matches on Tuesday nights until 2015.
The other five match days are scheduled for 2 October, 23 October, 6 November, 20 November and 4 December.
According to e.tv the UEFA games will affect tonight's (Tuesday) schedule with 3rd Degree and eNews Late Edition being dumped and the reality shows Skin Deep and Cheaters have been skifted by one week.
