The Musketeers as a new 10 episode drama series based on Alexandre Dumas' classic novel,
The Three Musketeers.
The Musketeers will have a 17th century setting and will bristle with "vivid escapism and heroic action adventure" and centre around the characters created by Alexandre Dumas - a group of brothers who are soldiers and assigned to protect the French king.
