Viewers love the hauntingly emotional Organ Donor Foundation advert from Lowe Bull CT - because they want to hear the music.

Viewers are responding to a wonderful television advert on South African TV currently in heavy rotation - not necessarily to see it again, but to hear the music.

The Organ Donor Foundation has an emotional television commercial being seen on South African television at the moment; what the trade refers to as a ''public service announcement" or a PSA. A girl dressed in white walks over a highway to lay down in the road next to a motorcycle driver who was clearly in an accident. ''If you're not an organ donor when you die, you take someone with you'' says the ad at the end.

The TV ad which is actually named ''Leila'' (that's the girl in the advert's real name) was produced by Velocity Films and the Lowe Bull CT ad agency.

What viewers are really responding to in the haunting commerical though, is the music. It's actually the European girl choir Scala & Kolacny Brothers, doing a cover of the Kings of Leon song, Use Somebody.

Britain's ITV TV station is using Scala & Kolackny Brothers songs with great effect in brilliant TV promos for Downtown Abbey as well.

Below is the wonderful ad, and under that, you can find the music of the entire song from the Scala & Kolacny version (beware: very sad).
