Programming note: Stand-up comedy acts of Live at Gotham making Comedy Central worth tuning into during March.

You're reading it here first.

Forget the aeons old sitcoms; the unique selling proposition of the newly launched Comedy Central (DStv 122) will clearly be centred around the channel's programming focusing on giving exposure to stand-up acts and comedy.

Programming wise, the live stand-up acts on Comedy Central for Africa is what would be making this channel worth tuning into.

The March schedule for Comedy Central contains new episodes of Live at Gotham, shown every Friday and Saturday night at 21:20. Buzz-worthy stand-up wannabes (and it's meant in a good way) and New York's infamous Gotham Comedy Club join forces in Live at Gotham which is a strong addition to the Comedy Central programming line-up.
