The 84th Annual Academy Awards will be hosted by Billy Crystal this year after Eddie Murphy pulled out and M-Net in South Africa has once again secured the broadcasting rights to the annual Oscars broadcast.
South African viewers will be able to see the 84th Annual Academy Awards live and in high definition (HD) on M-Net HD (DStv 170) on Monday 27 February at 03:00, and again on M-Net (DStv 101) on Monday 27 February at 20:30.
