e.tv has picked up the reality show Mel B: It's a Scary World which is scheduled to start on e.tv on Monday 9 January at 20:00.
e.tv is starting to build a strong reality branded timeslot on Mondays, similar to and copying SABC3's longrunning Monday night reality timeslot which has started to suffer the past few months because of erratic scheduling.
Mel B: It's a Scary World will start on 9 January as an hour long episode, after which the show will shift to the 20:30 timeslot from Monday 16 January for the 9 remaining half hour episodes. The show follows the former Spice Girl Melanie Brown and her blended family and the travails of her life as mother, wife, entertainer and businesswoman in the now-familiar docu-reality format.
