DON'T TELL! The eNews Channel plans special Albertina Sisulu funeral coverage for Saturday between 09:00 and 14:00 to be simulcast on e.tv.

You won't really know it, since they don't even bother to tell it, but the eNews Channel (DStv 403) plans special live coverage tomorrow morning of the funeral of Albertina Sisulu with e.tv that's also clearing their programming schedule to take the eNews Channel feed for the same duration.

All that's known is that the eNews Channel will devote its coverage tomorrow, Saturday 11 June, from 09:00 to 14:00 to ''live rolling news coverage of Albertina Sisulu's funeral''. The programming schedule of e.tv has also been cleared that will be taking the eNews Channel feed and showing it for the same time period of 09:00 to 14:00. DStv has updated its on-screen EPG for both the eNews Channel as well as e.tv (which now makes this TV event recordable). TopTV has not updated its on-screen EPG for e.tv.

Unlike SABC2 that send out a programming advisory on Tuesday, e.tv and the eNews Channel couldn't be bothered in the least to tell the press about the urgent schedule change and special broadcast. No information were made available about the anchor(s), the reporter(s) on the scene, or any of the specifics of the intended coverage that will be seen tomorrow on the two channels.
