Idols on M-Net currently busy filming the new 7th season's national auditions visited Soweto for the fitst time today in the history of this talent search reality show.
Idols that will start on M-Net (DStv 101) and this year at the same time also be shown on Mzansi Magic (DStv 107) from Sunday 5 June at 17:30, visited the Dobsonville Stadium and Soweto for the first time during an overcast day. Only one national audition round remains for Idols contestants who want to enter, taking place in April at Montecasino, Johannesburg from 2 April.
Mother Winnie Khumalo was at Idols Soweto auditions today together with her daughter Rethaeil Khumalo (16). ''It means a lot that Idols is here in Soweto,'' she said.
