Discovery and BBC Worldwide that already produced several megascope TV documentary projects like Planet Earth will be working together on a brand-new 8 part documentary series entitled History of the World and which will chronicle the entire history of humanity until now.
History of the World that will encompass 20 000 years of mankind over the scope of eight episodes will be excutive produced by Chris Granlund (BBC) and Susan Winslow (Discovery). Kathryn Taylor is the series' producer. The British journalist Andrew Marr will be the narrator.
