BREAKING. Support Public Broadcasting Coalition (SOS) viewing SABC crises with ''increasing alarm'''.

You're reading it here first.

The Support Public Broadcasting Coalition (SOS) pressure group just issued a strongly worded statement saying that its viewing the deteriorating situation at the SABC regarding SABC board members that keep resigning ''with ever increasing alarm''.

''Our SABC is facing seemingly continuous serious governance and financial crises, with no end in sight'', says the SOS, saying that ''the situation calls for immediate decisive leadership - and action from all parties involved including the SABC board and its oversight structures''.

The public pressure group is calling for ''some forthright candidness from the SABC board members themselves in order to begin to rebuild the SABC board's tattered reputation'' and says ''in the parliamentary hearing tomorrow parliamentarians need to ask SABC board members some tough questions and SABC board members need to be prepared to answer them''.
