Mzansi Magic (DStv 107) is set to become the new TV home of the Miss South Africa beauty pageant, with the TV channel that started this year, snagging the broadcasting rights to the beauty competition away from the SABC.
''The Miss South Africa pageant has a strong legacy and we look forward to taking this momentous event in South African history to greater heights,'' says Lebone Maema, Mzansi Magic's channel manager.
The Miss South Africa 2010 pageant will be shown live on Mzansi magic on Sunday, December 12 for an hour and a half TV special starting at 17:30, and will be preceded by a half hour red carpet special starting at 17:00.
