I can be first to break the news that MultiChoice has plans to add definitely 2 - possibly 3 - new TV channels before the end of December 2010 to its existing DStv bouquet.
''We're definitely looking at 2 more - possibly 3,'' Aletta Alberts, MultiChoice's general manager for content told me earlier today. I asked whether it would include any more high definition (HD) channels.
''No. It will be 2 or 3 standard definition channels that we'll roll out before the end of December. We just launched M-Net Movies 1 HD in high definition at the beginning of October,'' says Aletta Alberts.
