The character who will suddenly be going gay in the third season of 90210 (currently on Thursdays at 19:30 on M-Net) will be Teddy Montgomery who's played by Trevor Donovan.
Trevor Donovan, currently also seen on Days of Our Lives on SABC3 in South Africa as Jeremy Horton will be revealed to be gay in the upcoming third season starting in America in September.
In the last few episodes of the second season currently on M-Net the character of Teddy is in an on-off-on again relationship with Erin Silver (Jessica Coup) after Trevor Donovan was made a regular 90210 cast member in May. Entertainment Weekly confirmed that Trevor Donovan's character is the rumoured male character that will turn out to be gay when Trevor Donovan tweeted: ''I read all your tweets and know you are all curious about the "gay" character this season.'' Then he says: ''Acceptance, by family, friends, society and self is just one of the concerns the character will be going through. It is a part of life, and it should be portrayed. I was told, and am confident the storyline will be written very well and the change in the character will be organic, NOT overnight. It's going to be a great season 3. I look forward to chatting with you all as we progress.''
