TopTV is looking for a local TV news channel to add to its list of TV channels that it will launch with in May but it won't be the eNews Channel currently seen on DStv 403.
''E.tv is not in negotiations with On Digital Media (ODM) to supply them with a news channel,'' e.tv has informed me this morning.
