I can tell you first and confirm that the global Hope in Haiti telethon that I told you about on Friday RIGHT HERE will be broadcast on CNN International (DStv 401) on South Africa this Saturday morning very early.
CNN International will show the 2 hour Hope in Haiti telethon between 03:00 and 05:00 on Saturday morning, 23 January in South Africa. This once off special (to benefit the people of the island nation after the recent earthquake) will be a once-off broadcast and will not be repeated on CNN International.
As I've said the MTV and National Geographic TV channels in South Africa also have the right to air the telethon, but whether their South African feeds will pick it up is another matter. The moment I hear from them (I asked 4 days ago on Friday), I will post it here.
