So, the SABC is waiting on the trasury to give it a guarantee of R1,4 BILLION so that it can go to the banks and borrow more money to fund operational expenses - I wrote about it recently.
NOW sources from within the SABC tells me that staggering amount HAS GONE UP!
The SABC actually wants R1,8 BILLION although the official NEW AMOUNT has not been made public yet.
