Shocker! According to Tom Welling, the star of Smallville the upcoming 10th season of the show will be its last.

Smallville is seen in South Africa on SABC2 and the 9th season currently on Vuzu (DStv 123) - the upcoming 10th season of the show will be its last. Tom Welling (33), in an exclusive interview with HollywoodLife.com, said ''season 10 of Smallville will be the last season''.

The 10th season of Smallville will start towards the end of September in America and will most likely have 22 episodes.
