M-Net moving The Ellen DeGeneres Show to M-Net Series Reality from December; Queen Latifah, The Doctors changing to earlier timeslots.

M-Net has decided to move The Ellen DeGeneres Show from M-Net Series Showcase (DStv 113) to M-Net Series Reality (DStv 114) from December - with weekday episodes of the American talk show which will channel hop and shift to the 18:30 timeslot from 2 December on the adjacent DStv channel.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show moving from its longtime home - it started on M-Net Series - is causing a domino effect on the schedule of M-Net Series Reality, pushing two other American talk shows earlier, starting from 2 December.

The Queen Latifah Show on M-Net Series Reality at 18:30 - the timeslot where Ellen is moving to, is moving one hour earlier to the 17:30 timeslot from 2 December.

The Doctors on M-Net Series Reality at 17:30, the timeslot where Queen Latifah is moving to, is moving one hour earlier to the 16:30 timeslot from 2 December.

Programming note: Weekday talk show The Doctors on M-Net Series on repeats for the month of March after video tapes fail to arrive.

The Doctors weekdays on M-Net Series (DStv 114) will be on repeats from today for the rest of the month - the rebroadcast is of episodes is blamed on the non-delivery of video tapes.

M-Net Series says DStv subscribers will be seeing rebroadcasts from The Doctors from today until the end of March but says The Doctors will be back with new episodes from just before the end of the month.

(M-Net Series actually says the talk show will resume with new episodes from Monday 28 March, but 28 March is not a Monday, so lets just go with the end of March shall we?).

M-Net Series says the rebroadcasts is due to "a delay in tape delivery".

M-Net Series will immediately start to rebroadcast episodes, starting today, of the 4th season of the show at 17:30 on the channel.

M-Net Series says that due to new video tapes of The Doctors not arriving, episodes 2 to 11 of the 4th season will be shown again for the time being.
