64th Primetime Emmy Awards looming on Sunday 23 September in America and which South African viewers will be able to watch on Monday night, 24 September on M-Net (DStv 101) and M-Net HD (DStv 170), E! Entertainment (DStv 124) is ready with the pre-event red carpet coverage,
E! Live from the Red Carpet Primetime Emmy Awards 2012 starting at midnight (South African time) on Sunday night.
The
E! Live from the Red Carpet Primetime Emmy Awards 2012 will run for 2 hours until 02:00 Monday morning, 24 September. The two hour special will then immediately be repeated on E! Entertainment in 3 back-to-back blocks ending at 06:00 on Monday morning.

This Sunday - 23 September - is also the date E! Entertainment chose
to change the look for the channel as its seen in the United Kingdom and in South Africa (South Africa gets the UK channel feed) to be similar to America where the channel originates and which changed its look
in July.
Playing favourites, only certain South African TV critics and writers will be told about it by E! Entertainment on Thursday 20 September in Johannesburg, 3 days before the change.
