Multiple American drama and comedy series from CBS renewed for further seasons including the NCIS and FBI franchises as well as Bull, MacGyver, SEAL Team and 8 other shows.

A flurry of TV shows from the CBS network in the United States scored series renewals, including all of the NCIS drama series, both of the FBI drama series and a handful of other forensic procedurals all seen on South African and African television.

In a press release the network announced that it has renewed FBI (season 3) seen on M-Net (DStv 101); the new spinoff FBI: Most Wanted (season 2); NCIS (season 18) seen on M-Net and SABC2; NCIS: Los Angeles (season 12) seen on M-Net, SABC3 and Universal TV (DStv 117); as well as NCIS: New Orleans (season 7) seen on M-Net and Universal TV.

Blue Bloods (season 11) seen on M-Net was also renewed.

Also back will be Bull (season 5) seen on M-Net; MacGyver (season 5) seen on M-Net; Magnum P.I. (season 3) seen on M-Net; SEAL Team (season 4) seen on M-Net City (DStv 115); and S.W.A.T. (season 4) seen on M-Net.

Also renewed are the comedy series The Neighborhood (season 3) seen on 1Magic (DStv 103); All Rise (season 2) seen on 1Magic; Chuck Lorre's Bob  Abishola (season 2) and The Unicorn (season 2) seen on M-Net.

These shows join series like Young Sheldon (season 4) seen on M-Net; Evil (season 2) seen on M-Net; Mom (season 8) seen on M-Net; Survivor (season 42) seen on SABC3 and M-Net; and The Amazing Race (season 33) seen on SABC3 and M-Net that have already been renewed.

The shows Carol’s Second Act in its first season and starting Saturday 9 May on M-Net; as well the shows Broke and Tommy both also in their first seasons have all been cancelled.

Man With a Plan that was in its 4th season and seen on M-Net has also been cancelled.
