68th British Academy Film Awards (Baftas) will be broadcast on DStv on M-Net Movies Premiere on Monday morning, 9 February at 05:00.
No word from M-Net or M-Net Movies, but M-Net will be broadcasting this weekend's 68th British Academy Film Awards or the 2015 Baftas - although not live - to viewers in South Africa and across Africa on M-Net Movies Premiere (DStv 103).
The 2015 Baftas, taking place this year at the Royal Opera House in London, will not be a live broadcast but will be shown in high definition (HD) on M-Net Movies Premiere (DStv 103) on Monday morning between 05:00 and 06:30.
The annual Baftas honour the best British and international contributions in film in 2014.
While E! Entertainment (DStv 124) in the past and in 2014 did red carpet coverage of the Baftas, E! Entertainment is not doing any of the 2015 Baftas - at least not according to its latest schedule - and E! Entertainment won't be showing DStv viewers in South Africa and Africa any Bafta red carpet coverage.
The Grand Budapest Hotel received 11 nominations, followed by The Imitation Game with 9 nominations.
