The South African public broadcaster(SABC) and Television Mozambique (TVM) have signed an agreement to work closer together, specifically in the areas of staff training, management training as well as election broadcast coverage.
The SABC and TVM will share resources as well as content under the new agreement.
"We are assisting each other with the transition to digital terrestrial television (DTT) broadcasting which is happening for all the countries and also the exchange of production of content and mutual interest," says Tian Olivier, the SABC's acting chief executive officer (CEO).
