e.tv is adding the 2014 MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMA's) and will broadcast the awards show taking place this Saturday 7 June in Durban, one week later on Saturday 14 June at 22:00.

"The MTV Africa Music Awards is a global celebration of African music, culture and talent," says Monde Twala, the group head of e.tv channels.

"e.tv is proud of the association with the MAMA's, and this is part of our ongoing commitment to provide our audience with the best the continent has on offer".

The American comedian Marlon Wayans will be the host of the 2014 MTV Africa Music Awards.
