Telemundo on DStv adding 3 new telenovelas: Forbidden Passions, Labour of Love and The Queen of the South.
Telemundo (DStv 118) in South Africa and Africa is adding three new telenovelas: Forbidden Passions, Labour of Live and evening soapster The Queen of the South.
Forbidden Passions will start on Monday 17 February at 16:20, Labour of Love will start on 3 March at 18:00, and The Queen of the South will kick off on Telemundo on 3 March at 21:20.
Forbidden Passions (starts: 17 February, 16:20)
In this new telenovela Jencarlos Canela from My Hearts Beat for Lola in which he played Andre, takes on the role of Bruno, who falls in love with his uncle's new wife Bianca. Bianca had only married the wealthy older widower out of revenge to stop her mother's romantic plans.
Labour of Love (starts: 3 March, 18:00)
In this new love story Ignacia (Ana Layevska) and Pedro meet and fall for one another. However the beautiful and wealthy Ignacia - who is already engaged to be married, mistakes a construction worker Pedro for a millionaire.
The Queen of the South (starts: 3 March, 21:20)
Telemundo is adding this new soapster (the original title is La Reina Del Sur)which spans two years and three continents and which depicts the rise of Teresa Mendoza, an innocent young woman forced to set out on a dangerous journey to become the most powerful drug trafficker in the world.
This captivating telenovela was the most successful programme in Telemundo's history in America and also the channel's most expensive production to date, with location shooting in Mexico, Spain, Gibraltar, the United States and Morocco.
