Neither e.tv's publicity department nor eNCA (DStv 403) could be bothered to officially announce it to the press in any kind of press statement, but the South African cartoonist Jerm is joining the eNCA by drawing cartoons for the 24-hour TV news channel from October.
Jerm (his real name is Jeremy Nell) will be doing his first cartoon for enca.com (besides his cartoon appearing above which is technically the first) on Tuesday 8 October as the TV news channel's official editorial cartoonist.
