Jonathan Phang's Caribbean Cookbook starts on Monday 22 July at 08:05 and 18:05 on The Food Network (DStv 175).
In the show he goes on a trip through the Caribbean, meeting local food legends and contemporary chefs in various Caribbean island nations from Barbados to Tobago, Trinidad to Jamaica and St Lucia to Grenada.
Jonathan Phang serves up his own dishes in every episode in a Caribbean fusion of flavours, by combining European, Asian and African cuisine, as he uncovers secret island dishes which reminds him of his own family's Caribbean ancestry.
