A new boutique film studio, Narrative Truth, has opened in Cape Town, headed by Bauke Brouwer and Candice Brouwer.
Narrative Truth will specialise in viral films, documentaries as well as TV commercials. Bauke Brouwer is known as a freelance director and Candice Brouwer a TV producer in the South African advertising industry.
"The long-term goal was always to start a film studio and Bauke's need to work with a fulltime producer was the next step," says Candice Brouwer in a press release announcing Narrative Truth. The company says most small companies are in need of bespoke films for online use.
