Sarah Cooper leaves BBC Worldwide as COO; joins NBCUniversal International Television as COO.

Sarah Cooper is leaving as the chief operating officer (COO) of BBC Worldwide, the company which runs the set of BBC TV channels seen on MultiChoice's DStv in South Africa, and she's joining NBCUniversal International Television Production as their COO.

The COO position at NBCUniversal International Television Production is a newly-created role and Sarah Cooper will start on 11 March and report directly to Michael Edelstein, NBCUniversal TV Production president.

NBCUniversal TV International Television Production says that the company is "on a drive to become the premiere destination for content creators working outside the United States".
