Fox Sports 1 launching on 17 August in America; will TopTV grab it as a sports channel - or might DStv?

Fox Sports 1 (or FS1) will start on 17 August in America as a brand-new sports channel to rival ESPN in America; will On Digital Media (ODM) look to acquire it for TopTV where it could be competition for ESPN on DStv as a real sports channel although American, or will  MultiChoice look at getting the new American sports channel for its own bouquet?

Fox Sports 1 will start with broadcasting popular American sports including college basketball, American football, NASCAR racing, soccer and UFC. In 2014 it will add Major League Baseball with 26 in-season games and selected League Championship Series and division games.

Fox Sports 1 will have a morning news show, an evening sports news show presented by Regis Philbin called Rush Hour, a Fox Football Daily show as well as a nightly sports talk show.

Not all of the rights on Fox Sports 1 is of course available internationally, but its conceivable that Fox Sports 1 could be broadcast internationally in the similar way that FuelTV - a Fox TV channel in America but now owned and operated by its own consortium from Portugal but still resembling the original - is available on TopTV.
