As I've reported in January, it means that M-Net will bring South African viewers the episodes of the upcoming third season of Game of Thrones only 5 days after America. Also, as I've said, there will still be the same 10 episodes for the third season, but every episode will be slightly longer.
All those extra minutes, will in the end actually mean that the third season is in a sense 11 episodes, since the extra minutes will add up to a whole additional Game of Thrones episode of you count the entire duration of on-air minutes of the third season.
