M-Net sells The Wild as part of more than 1 000 hours of M-Net programming, to PanaTV for online streaming in Africa.

The South African pay-TV broadcaster M-Net has sold the broadcasting rights of its soap The Wild as well as over 1 000 hours of programming from M-Net to the online television service in Africa, PanaTV.com to be streamed across the continent.

M-Net's deal with PanaTV.com involves hundreds of hours of drama, documentary, lifestyle and kids' television content, as well  as short films and even Nollywood movies. PanaTV.com will be showing the M-Net continent across Africa on its online service.

Besides the soap The Wild (ending on South African television at the end of March) and the drama Jacob's Cross, M-Net also sold the broadcasting rights to the first two seasons of Cooking with Siba, the Mzansi Magic cooking and lifestyle show with Sibahle Mtongana.
