Liam Keelan appointed in the newly created position of global editorial director for BBC Worldwide.

Liam Keelan has been appointed in the newly created position of global editorial director for BBC Worldwide.

He will be responsible for developing an editorial and creative vision for BBC Worldwide across its set of global TV channels such as BBC Entertainment, BBC Knowledge, BBC Lifestyle and CBeebies which are seen on MultiChoice's DStv platform in South Africa.

Liam Keelan will oversee the editorial direction of BBC Entertainment, BBC Knowledge, BBC Lifestyle and CBeebies and shape the editorial vision for new channel brands.

Liam Keelan will be reporting to Helen Jackson, chief content officer.
