Opening Act, Nigel Lythgoe's new reality show looking for an opening act is finally coming to South Africa and will start on Saturday 6 October at 20:00 on E! Entertainment (DStv 124).
Opening Act started on E! Entertainment in the United States in July.
Opening Act is looking to find and take virtual unknown amateur artists found via the web (and with Facebook playing a big role), send them through "performance bootcamp" before they make their debut before big crowds as the opening act for artists like Nicki Minaj, Rod Stewart, LMFAO, Brad Paisley and Jason Mraz.
