The Disney Channel (DStv 303), one of three Disney kids TV channels on MultiChoice's DStv platform in Africa, is now available in more than 100 million homes within the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
The Walt Disney Company just announced that distribution of The Disney Channel within the EMEA region have passed 100 million households.
The Disney Channel's distribution within the EMEA region trebbled over the course of the past three years.
"Our strategy is to make The Disney Channel available as widely as possible and reaching 100 million households across EMEA is a true testament to the quality and universal appeal of our programming,'' says Giorgio Stock, the executive vice president and managing director, content group of The Walt Disney Company EMEA in a statement.
